Emerald Coast Systems Group is led by Liz and based on Florida's Gulf Coast. We support federal agencies and prime contractors that need senior SAP/ERP, DevOps, data, and applied AI depth without unnecessary layers.
Liz founded Emerald Coast Systems Group on a straightforward idea: government buyers and prime teams should be able to reach senior enterprise systems judgment without unnecessary layers. She built the company around SAP/ERP and AI automation work, and staffed it with the cleared engineers who do it — where reliability, clear communication, and accountable follow-through matter every day.
The company was established June 3, 2026. Its technical foundation is the engineering staff: SECRET-cleared engineers with principal-level SAP/ERP experience — 25 years in production enterprise systems — plus working technical demonstrations that buyers can inspect directly.
We're based in Fort Walton Beach, minutes from Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field — rooted in the community that flies, tests, and trains many of the missions we aim to support.

We are organized around four practices: SAP/ERP modernization, DevOps and reliability, applied AI and automation, and custom software/data engineering. Automation can accelerate analysis and delivery, but people remain accountable for the work.
Founder and owner. Liz leads the business: strategy, client and prime relationships, contracting conversations, and the standards the firm delivers against. Technical execution sits with the cleared engineering staff.
Modernization, configuration, integration, migration, production support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis.
DevOps, reliability, infrastructure automation, observability, release control, and operational support for mission systems.
APIs, dashboards, data pipelines, model comparison, semantic search, computer vision, and agent-assisted workflows under review.

No layered teams or hand-offs as a default posture. Senior engineers stay close to requirements, delivery, and operational consequences.
We use AI to answer the questions you have — not create the problems you don't. Agent workflows can compress effort, but every serious deliverable needs human review and accountability.
We distinguish proven capability, application status, and work still being validated. Buyers and teaming partners should not have to decode vague claims.
Based in the Eglin/Hurlburt defense corridor, close to the agencies and primes we serve.
